  3. 1/4 cup urad daal
  4. 1 cup curd

  8. Salt, turmeric as per taste
  9. 1 tbsp methi seeds
  10. 3 Green chillies
  11. 1 tbsp corriander
  12. 7-8 curry leaves

Steps to make to make Rukhi Dhokla

  1. Dry roast daal and rice. when cool, grind it. Add curd and mix it. Add 2 tbsp chana daal and 1 tbsp methi seeds. Let it ferment for 7-8 hours. Add turmeric, and ginger garlic chilly paste, salt and water. Mix it nicely. Add eno and steam it in small katoris. I have steamed in Appam Patra.
  2. For tadka chop two chillies in small pieces and slit two chillies. Take oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, add chillies and curry patta.
  3. Add dhokla to it. sprinkle some water and mix it nicely. Garnish with green corriander. Enjoy hot with tea or chutney.
