  1. First of all egg boiled is cut into middle. Then take a pan put oil heat them, add chopped onions mix well nicely, cook well and keep out.
  2. After then, add Tejpatta, daal chinni, jeera, laung, Elaichi after then put ginger garlic paste, after two minutes of cooking add chopped tomato.,green chillies and half of the fried onion and all spices.
  3. Then add curd, ghee, cooked rice.
  4. This cooked rice is separated into two halves.
  5. One half is put into pan and rest half is kept for garnishing.
  6. Then add salt and cooked well upto four to five minutes
  7. Then garnishing with half of the fried onion, rest of cooked rice, chopped coriander leaves, dry fruits and boiled egg with red chilli powder and chat masalas.
