- Soak chana overnight, boil chana with Ginger garlic and green chilli paste and salt in a cooker till done. Soak rice for 1/2hr.fry green chilli for garnish
- Make raita by soaking Bondi in water and squeeze it,now add it to Curd beaten with salt, Red chilli powder and chat masala.
- Make tomato chutney by grinding, tomato with green chilli, garlic and salt.
