  7. 1 Tablespoon Chana masala
  8. 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  9. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  10. 3 cups water
  11. to taste Salt
  12. for imli chutney-
  13. 1 Tablespoon Tamarind Puree
  14. 3 Tablespoon Jaggery
  15. 1/2 cup Water
  16. 1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt
  17. 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  18. Pinch red chilli powder
  19. FOR GREEN CHUTNEY- 1 cup Wash and Chopped
  20. 2 green chilli
  21. 3-4 garlic cloves
  22. 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  23. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  24. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Salt
  25. FOR ALOO TIKIYA- 1 cup potato boiled and mashed
  26. 2 Tablespoon Rice flour or cornflour
  27. 1 green chilli chopped
  28. 1 Tablespoon Coriander chopped
  29. 1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt
  30. TO ASSEMBLE CHAT- 1/2 Cup beaten curd
  31. 1/2 Onion finely chopped
  32. 1/2 cup Sev or any other namkeen farsaan
  33. Coriander chopped for Garnishing

Instructions to make to make Chole tikiya

  1. Firstly we'll prepare Chole heat oil in a pan add cumin and tomato.
  2. Once tomato gets cooked add ginger garlic paste sautee' for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Red chilli powder, Chat Masala and chole masala.
  4. Now add chole and mash little chole before adding. Add salt and water and simmer it. And keep it aside.
  5. For Imli Chutney- in a pan add all the given ingredients and boil till jaggery melts and chutney becomes thick. Remove it from flame and keep it aside.
  6. For Green Chutney- in a blender add all the given ingredients and blend it into smooth chutney. You can add little water if you want. And keep it aside.
  7. For Tikiya- mix all the ingredients and make it like a dough.
  8. Now make flat tikiya and shallow fry it on a pan.
  9. Make tikiya out of entire Dough.
  10. Time to assemble the chat. In a bowl place tikiya then pour chole, add green Chutney and imli chutney add some chopped onion and Coriander, some dahi (you can add sugar in beaten yogurt) finally add namkeen I am using Sev. And the chat is ready to serve
