  19. 2 green chillies ,slit
  20. 2 tbsp curd
  21. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  22. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  23. 1/2 tsp briyani masala
  24. as per taste Salt
  25. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make to make Paneer tikka masala briyani

  1. Take curd in mixing bowl mix it add salt red chilli powder garam masala
  2. Add capsicum, tomato, onion and Paneer mix it properly light handed
  3. Add kasoori methi keep aside for half an hour
  4. Wash and soak rice for minimum one hour
  5. Boil water in vessel add salt oil add rice and cook 90%
  6. Strain extra water and keep aside
  7. Take 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan add cumin seeds star anise cloves cinnamon peppercorn bay leaves shah jeera roast few seconds add sliced onions
  8. Saute till light pink in colour add garlic and ginger paste saute it add tomatoes curd
  9. Salt red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala briyani masala
  10. Saute it tomatoes cook properly add marinated Paneer mixture
  11. Cook it till oil separate from sides.
  12. Add rice in bottom layer of Paneer tikka masala again rice again Paneer layer
  13. Add ghee and let it cook it sim flame for five minutes serve with vegetable raita.
