  1. Take a pan or kadai heat oil and butter and add all the whole masala
  2. When it starts cracking add 2 sliced onion and fry. Sauté a bit and then add paneer cubes and fry till both changes there color

  4. Add ginger garlic and green chill paste and mix it well with light hands
  5. Soak saffron in lukewarm milk
  6. Add all the dry masala and toss it well
  7. Add curd and mix well
