  4. Fry the halloumi for 3-5 mins total, turning often. Remove and add to the bowl with the beans. Add more oil to the pan and cook the onion for 4-5 mins until soft and then add the curry powder.
  5. Add the tomato puree and garlic. Add the passata and 2-300ml water. Bring to the boil and stir in 3/4 of the mango chutney, all green beans and halloumi. Add pepper and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 6-8 mins until reduced, stirring regularly.
  6. Add the rest of the chutney to a bowl with the yoghurt and some pepper. Stir together. Fluff up the rice with a fork and spoon into bowls. Taste the curry and season if needed. Spoon it on the rice and drizzle the yoghurt on top.
