Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Hyderabadi Maggi:

  1. For Boiling Noodles-
  2. 1 Packet Maggi Noodles
  3. 250 ml Water
  4. As required Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
  5. 4 Spicy Chillies
  6. 1 inch Ginger
  7. 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  8. For Marination-
  9. 1/4 cup Oats Flour
  10. 3 tbsp Rice Flour
  11. 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  12. 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  13. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  14. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
  15. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  16. 1/2 Lemon
  17. 1/2 cup Curd
  18. 1 Pack Maggi Magic Masala
  19. For Tempering
  20. 3 tbsp Oil
  21. For Final Tempering--
  22. 4 tbsp Oil
  23. 10 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  24. 2 Green Chillies, chopped
  25. 1 Onion, sliced
  26. 1 Packet Raw Maggi Noodles
  27. 1 Packet Maggi Masala
  28. 200 ml water

Steps to make to make Hyderabadi Maggi

  1. Heat water in a deep vessel, once the water comes to boil add Maggi and let it cool for 3-4 minutes.(here, I have used regular Maggi noodles. You can use spaghetti also). Cook your noodles 80% and not fully.
  2. Once cooked, strain it and let it cool.
  3. Take a bowl, add oats flour (crush your oats in a mixer jar), rice flour and corn flour.
  4. Add red chilli powder and turmeric.
  5. Add Ginger Garlic Chilli paste.
  6. Add garam masala and lemon.
  7. Add curd and mix using hand whisk.
  8. Add boiled maggi noodles and mix well.
  9. Add Maggi magic masala and gently mix.Leave it to marinate for 20 minutes up to 1 hour for best results.
  10. In a pan heat oil on medium flame and saute marinated maggi noodles until aromatic. Leave it aside.
  11. In a pan heat oil on medium flame, add chopped chillies, garlic and onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  12. Add maggi masala and mix.
  13. Add water and sauted marinated maggi noodles.
  14. Once everything comes together and water heats up, add raw maggi noodles for crunchyness. And cook for 4 minutes.
  15. Tasty hyderabadi maggi is ready, serve hot and enjoy!
