- 1 tablespoon Ghee

- First, using a large bowl, mix the flours, all spices, chopped vegetables, curd and ghee. Rub the ghee well in the flours and combine well.
- Then pour the boiling water and cover the bowl. Keep for 10 minutes.
- Then knead to a soft and plaible dough. Use hot water if needed. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
- Then heat a tawa. Take ball sized portions of the dough and flatten on tawa with hands to a circle. Keep a hole in center.
- Pour 1 tsp oil on the sides and in center. Cover and cook on medium flame from both sides till brown spots appear and roti becomes a little dark brown-pink in colour.
- Remove and store coverd in cloth in hot case. Make all the rotis similarly.
