  12. 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk: Chilled
  13. 1/4-1/2 Cup Fresh Milk: Chilled- Optional

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat: Add in the aforementioned milk & sugar & a pinch of salt and allow it to come to a boil- Once it starts boiling, reduce the flame & let it cook for another few mins time
