  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and mix them up.

  10. Pour the cream over the chocolate and let it stand until the dark chocolate has softened.  Add melted butter in it and stir until smooth. Let it cool down for few mintues but should remain warm.  It should neither be too hot nor too cool.
  11. Pour this ganache over the cooled brownies.
  12. Add small spoonful blobs of white chocolate randomly over the top. Use the back of a spoon to swirl and create a marbled effect. Let it cool completely till the chocolate and ganache is set.
